These days the COVID-19 cases have increased in Iran. One of the main related factors of this situation is disobedience the regulations and directives, including social distancing. 

According to the evidence, risk of the coronavirus transmission increases in crowded, confined indoor spaces especially if people disobedience of regulations and guidelines.

It is necessary to increase knowledge and improve attitude of people in our family and society about the magnitude of risk, the consequences of incompliance, and their role and duty in control of the pandemic as soon as possible. Obeying regulations and the guidelines are a social and ethical responsibility. So, we should pay attention to:

·         Cover our mouth and nose with a mask correctly

·         Avoid close contact especially to people who are sick, attending crowded and confined indoor spaces.

o   Outside our home: Put 6 feet of distance between yourself and people who don’t live in your household.

·         Wash often our hands.

Now, we all know health work forces are tired and miserable, so all together by following these regulations and directives, not only protect our health and others, but also help health our work forces.
